Expert Advice on Accommodation in Quebec

Hi All,

I am expecting my visa soon so would like to know information on accommodation in Montreal, I wish to know how to look for accommodation before coming to Canada for first 3 months

I like to have minimum 2 bedroom house or apartment with furniture any inland expert advice highly appreciated.

Please share any price range and any other suggestions for initial accommodation.

As suggested look on Kijiji. Compare the prices. Downtown is more expensive than other areas. You could reserve Airbnb apartment before your arrival to find a place where you can stay for a couple of weeks while searching for a permanent place. It's cheaper than a hotel. Hope this helps. Montreal is infamous for shitty apartments because of cheap rents. So if you can afford lease a concrete floor apartment, else live on the top floor. There is a reason why Montreal has cheap rents. Because the apartments are made of thin wood frames and walls made of thin gypsum boards. Always live on the top floor if you are sensitive to noise and loud neighbours.
