Hi,

My parents are visiting for my convocation and are applying for their visa.
I have a brother too, who is under 18 years, physically disabled and dependent on my parents for all his needs. ( He suffers from cerebral palsy).

Under such cases, my parents have decided to apply for his visa too, along with theirs, for my convocation.
Will it be a problem??

A visa application is a visa application. What do you think could be a problem?
I am just doubting whether the canadian embassy would consider my brother unfit to visit canada ( as he is already handicapped).
In that case, do i need a certificate stating that he is fit to travel and it wont be a botheration?

You'll never know if it will be problem or not if you don't try.
Apply and see what they say. It's just a matter of satisfying what they are looking for.
I had my father-in-law rejected for a tourist visa when I applied online but after 2 weeks, I re-applied him again and he got approved.
I just added a few more documents to his second application and his rejection is not even about his health.
good Luck
