Foreign experience as in? I didn’t get it. See, I’ll brief you. I’m in India and was working in my father’s firm. In this regard, will the working experience be counted? If yes, What all documents do I need to provide in order to complete the profile?

So you have foreign experience and one year skilled, continuous experience in one NOC to be eligible for EE. The link has the documents you must provide.

Well if you are self employed then contracts/receipts etc. from clients.

But you said you work for your father’s business. You don’t own the business so you are not self employed. Your father’s HR writes up the employment letter to match your responsibilities to the NOC.
