Hi,

I have following questions regarding the work experience proof that needs to be submitted to CIC. I have a work experience of 13 years.

1} Will I need the work experience proof for primary applicant as well as spouse?

2) Do we need it for the recent most experience or from all the previous employers?

3) Is it mandatory to submit the pay stubs?

4) Am I supposed to get them notarized even if they are on company's letter head with the contact information?

Thanks

Hi,

You will only need to upload proof for spouse if you are claiming points for their experience. (If you are not claiming points for your spouse's work experience, it can be entered beneath personal history)

2) Do we need it for the recent most experience or from all the previous employers?

You need letters for those experiences beneath the NOC you are claiming points for. All others can be placed beneath personal history.

3) Is it mandatory to submit the pay stubs?

No it is not mandatory. But it adds weight to the claims of experience you are making. (It won't hurt.)

4) Am I supposed to get them notarized even if they are on company's letter head with the contact information?

No notarization is necessary. The importance is that it is on company letter head, with the company contact info, list all the positions you have held and the duties, your hours of work and salary package.

Thanks

Hope this helps!
