I did 5 years of law from KU and I have 2 years of experience after law. During the last year of my law, I did a 1.2 year job ( 36 hours per week ) in the last year of my law. I have all documents of that 1-year paid work experience. Now my query is that can I claim points for complete 3 years = 2 years ( Noc 4112= A ) after law + 1( Noc 1242= B ) year during law study.

I have already done a positive ECA report of Bachelors of Law and Senior secondary school and both of my NOC fall in the A and B category.
Can I claim points for complete 3 years as for NOC B job only senior secondary is required

Where is KU? As long as the work wasn't done in Canada while you were studying full time on a study permit then it counts as work experience.

The education requirements in the NOC are not determinative. What matters is only whether you did the job and were paid for it.
