Experience letter

Dear all,

I have got my appointment letter and experiece certificate from my privious and current employer .......VO checklist used one word that is to submit original copy of reference letters,

in india experience certificate is used as a reference letter from employer .......should i submit it as a original ........and what is the meaning of word letters instead of letter ....becuase indian people can get only one experiecne letter ...

pls help me out

secondly i am pursuing Ph.D part time ...and my superviosor is ready to write reference letter for me ....... should i submit it to CIO or else it will create confusion i mean experiece certificate from current job place and reference letter from Ph.D supervisor

i hope experience certificate is equivalent as reference letter

The checklist refers to only work related docs which need to be submitted;

1- Notoarizee copies of job contract letter/appointments letters.
2- Original reference letter (which should have dates of joining, date of release, all designations and job descriptions against each.

There's no mention of the run of the mill work exp letter - However, if your Work exp letter has all things required in Ref letter than it will work.

Furthermore, you can also add ref letters from your peers, clients, your pics while working - it will further substantiate the proofs you are submitting..

It should have your Designation, salary duration of employment and most importantly Job duties. I am pointing out Job duties as VO uses them to ascertain if you qualify under certain NOC for eligibility and point calculation
