I'm in a very dreadful situation right now and have no idea on what to do.
I've been working for a security company for last 2.5 years and have been working as a Supervisor from last more than 1 year.
My employer kept on promising me that he would be helping me out in getting a PNP or LMIA, but when I asked for the paper work, he simply refused it and said look for some other options.
As a result, I started looking for other jobs and asked him to provide an experience letter, but he's been ignoring me since last 3 weeks.
He's not responding to my emails, calls or texts.
Now, please advise what can be done in this situation.
Also, I do have a job offer letter(issued on September 1st, 2019) and employment letter stating that I'm currently working for the company(issued in mid November 2020).
These letter does have hourly rate, duties and noc code.
