Experience letter needs to include part time nd covid layoff

Hye guys , i just got my filed refused on the basis of letter of employment. They said it does not shows one year of experience . My question is we have to add part time and layooff time in the experience letter or not???

The start and end date should be there to prove how long you worked there. Also if it was a full time or a part time and how many hours

Start date - present
And present date was showing up on top.

but the hrs and full time or part time?

Hours are 30-40 hrs/week

Lay off periods would need to be mentioned in the letter. Lay off periods cannot be count towards your work experience.
