Want to know that am I eligible to apply for permanent residence if had completed masters and 23 yrs aged, working as territory sales supervisior, 6211, skill level B, with exp of 1 year in India. Can i apply for PR

2 - You score over 67 points under the six selection factors (google "six selection factors express entry" and calculate your score0.
3 - You meet other requirements (language requirements, intention to reside outside Quebec, etc).
