If there is a case - that experience during certain duration is covered under different NOCs ( some included in in FSWP 2013 and some not ). Should one list the experience only covered under the NOC covered under 24 occupations? But experience letter list all the experience so what should be mentioned in Schedule 3?

List everything. You should have at least 1 year continuous work experience in the NOC that has been announced. The rest will be used to award points on the basis of experience, if they are under NOC 0, A & B.

Thanks.

And what about the titles. Is it neccessary to have one of the titles in the list against that particular NOC or they are mainly concerned with the duties performed?

And please if you can guide, in such a case should I write the occupation and NOC under which I am applying - can I list all activities under same NOC or I should split under different NOCS

They usually check the duties. But if you have performed different job duties under different titles in the same company, you can list them separately with times. You can attach as many sheets if you have to attach extra.

You can split them in different NOC's and you can get NOC Numbers of HRSDC website. Make sure you list the target NOC and 1 NOC experience of 1 year in the experience also from one of the announced NOC's.

These are my thoughts. Senior might be able to help better.

You work exp should match the duties listed under the NOC listed by CIC

I think, your work experience must be one of the 24 listed occupations of FSWP and must be conform to the MAIN DUTIES & EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS of your applied NOC. (For example, you are applying NOC 2131 because you have an experience in Construction Engineer but your education was Bachelor of Arts. In this case, you don't conformed to the employment requirements of your applied NOC 2131 which is, must be a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or in a related engineering discipline is required, and the result probable, will be facing the problem with the Visa Officer). Goodluck!

Ok thanks! But must your education match your work experience?
