Hi,

If you receive a medical call before mid october it is likely that you wont be able to do medicals for your wife and you will have inform the visa office about the pregnancy then they will ask you to contact them once baby is born. And then they will send you a new medical request and you wil have to add your baby in your application by sending $150 fee, birth certificate, copy of the passport.
If you didnt receive any medical request by mid oct then you will have to inform the visa office about your new born baby and rest of the steps wil be the same.

Cheers
Saki

zulkfal ,
No need to inform Visa office now abt the pregnancy. If u get the medicals before mid Oct ur wife can do medicals frm home country. She can do the medicals and skip the Xray part. Later u can add new born and they will send medical request for wife ( Xray only) and the kid. This is a good option . At this time if u have not paid RPRF u will be requested to pay. So along with RPRF DRAFT write a cover letter and intimate that since ur wife is pregnant xray part is skipped and will be done later.

Zulkfal,

It is proper at this stage to inform them about ur wife's pregnancy and EDD. If the medical request comes around mid September or later, it is absolutely safe to do a chest x-ray as she will use a protective shield. This will also save u some time as well. After the baby is born, then do what Saki advised whether u have received the medical request or not.

Hi Zulkfal,

The SHIELD is used to protect the baby from the X rays, The pregnant woman wear it during the X rays, but it is not 100% safe in all cases , so better to check with a doctor.

Good Luck

Thanks, plus what I understood is following,
We may be able to undergo medical (if requested :)) and still after medical we have to wait till birth to add baby into our application before any further processing correct?
