Good day/evening everyone. I need some help what to do with my case.
I have my workpermit visa already. It was approved last may 8. The following step after having an approved visa is to attend PDOS and OWWA seminar and i got my 2 certs and submitted it to the agency so they can forward my application at POEA for exit clearance. It will take around 2-3weeks to get an OEC. So I waited and 3 weeks had passed but haven't heard any updates from my agency on the status of my application. Then just few days ago, they told me that there is some problem from my POLO documents. Instead of a stamped "verified" "seen and noted" only are there. And the POEA cant process that because they process only documents with "Verified" stamped from POLO. What will I do? Is there anyone here has the same experience with mine? Please help me.
