Hello, if my family member has some gold jewelry since last many years - bought some, was gifted by parents, etc, and we want to bring it to Canada at a later stage - we would need to declare it in Good to Follow form when coming into Canada the first time. At this time, we do not need to submit any documents, right? We just need to declare them in GTF form. Later, when we want to bring it in, what other document, if any is needed? Please advise - Urgent.

When you make the declaration the first time, show the valuation report and make sure the CBSA officer stamped and dated the GTF form. Later on, when you bring the item, show him/her the stamped GTF form.
