Is there any person who has specific work permit and is exempt from LMIA , but beacause of not enough money he apply for an open work permit to support himself and get approve?
Your question is a bit confusing. If you are asking if not having enough money is a reason why an open work permit may be approved - the answer is no - absolutely not. To qualify for an open work permit you must meet one of the open work permit requirements. Otherwise you are guaranteed to be refused.
I was thinking if you have LMIA exempt work permit but just part time job and you need more money to support yourself with other work, base on that can you apply for an open work permit? Anyway thanks!

I find this information on CIC web site and I'm not sure can I do that, because maybe i will be in that situation. Is your 'no' for sure , and is that first hand information and from your experience or you hear from somebody? Anyway thanks
