oh no no
see, only if u have a severe medical condition which requires immediate medical attention or daily medication upon reaching canada, and could be an unnecessary burden on the HEALTH DEPARTMENT of canada, can the visa office refuse your application on grounds of medicals. otherwise u r almost there.don't worry

Hi, average time of getting PPR after medicals is 3-4 months.
So i hope within that mentioned time frame, you will get your PPR.

All the best ...

Cheers...

Hi, Today I got my 2nd AOR from ND VO. Can anyone tell me what is the average time of getting to IN Process status after getting 2nd AOR? What can i expect here on wards? In the letter which they sent they have mentioned 10-months processing here onwards. But my agent says the letter is just a formality and they would send medical requests, ppr,RPRF etc within 2-months time after getting 2nd AOR. Can anybody who has gone through this process can advice me on what to expect here onwards. Please only post 26/6 applicants advice me as i fall under the new rules.
Very much appreciate if anyone can advice me on this.
Hoping to get your reply very soon.
Thanks & Regards,
arcticmaple.

today i gor this reply

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.

Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the Federal Skilled Worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Yours sincerely,

Client Service Unit

Its means that you will have to wait , and CHC will take a longer time in processing the old cases.
CHC is following LAST IN , FIRST OUT method.

Even i have got the same reply. But unable to figure out what does exactly 2 years mean? Will it be counted from the date of initial application of from the date 2nd AOR?

Its quite frustrating as well.

Seniors - Qorax/PMM/Leon please advise.

Vaibhav

Dear Zakout 76

This is really the worst news can be suspected in this time when we suppose to be preparing to land.
my inquiry is :
1- Why this answer is not sanded to all applicants after inquiry why some as we saw in different thread got different answer?
2- Can share your frame time and your NOC please?.
3- Is it wise to apply again under the new system of after juin 25 or to Qsw?.

Best wishes for all

Hi amits! We already had our medical last nov. 2010, but still waiting for our visa notice. will it arrive? or not? :(

HI MOnbe,

Even myself and one more person "tallprince" have got similar reply ditto the kind of response Zakout has got.

Its quite frustrating now. the wait seems endless
