Hi All,

I am in the process of putting together my application for a spouse visa. We got married this past January.
I am just getting concerned by the amount of evidence is required.

My partner and I have lived together since December 2009.
My apartment is owned by my company so there is no evidence of
him on bills etc. However, we both have our phone bill sent to the same
address and our ID cards are both registered at the same address.

So for evidence we are including
over 30 testimonials of us by friends and family.
150+relationship pictures
100+wedding pictures
50+honeymoon pictures
wedding receits
wedding cards written to both of us
wedding invitation
christmas cards etc written to both of us
draft of wedding ceremony
emails sent to each other
relationship testimonials written by both of us
emails sent to friends telling them about engagement
flight information and ticket stubs of us going on holiday together
Phone bills with both our names on sent to the same address
copy of visas in passport

do you think this will surfice?

Thanks in advance!

Looks like a lot of evidence. I would even make a smaller selection, as the IO is never going to look all of them. In case there are doubts about your relationship and you need an interview, they'll ask you to bring extra pictures anyway. Personally I would send only 10% of the pictures.

You don't need to send that many pictures. Select one picture (or maybe two) from each time and place, plus enough pictures with each other's family and friends so that all of the family and friends you have pictures of are represented.

Your relationship pictures should show you over a period of time. Remember that these pictures are not designed to look nice, only to provide evidence that you met who you say you met, have been together as long as you say you have, really did get married and invited family and friends to attend, and really did go on a honeymoon. Try not to include two pictures of the same thing if it doesn't show anything new. (People have have made claims of big weddings, especially in cultures where this is almost mandatory, and sent in faked pictures showing guests who didn't actually attend the ceremony. You want to be able to show that you are not one of them.)

Hi there, although you don't have a tenancy in both your names if you have a copy of a will or a beneficiary document (will or insurance) that would be a great example of evidence to provide. Make sure you send a copy and keep the original to yourself. ;D

You don't need this many, but since you have them already you might as well send them in.
150+relationship pictures
100+wedding pictures
50+honeymoon pictures
150 photos over the course of your relationship is OK, though as others have suggested you don't need that many. Try to get one photo of the two of you with everyone who wrote a testimonial, though. And keep in mind candid shots are better than posed ones.
You don't need 100 shots of your wedding, nor 50 of your honeymoon. Send in enough to fully document the occasions, though - 1 or 2 photos per special occasion is enough for things like parties, Christmas with your parents, etc., but you should include more for the wedding and honeymoon. In particular, try to get photographic proof of the number of guests at your wedding - if you have a shot of the whole crowd at the church or reception, include that. Or include a photo of the two of you posing with each table of guests at the reception. If you claim you had 200 guests at the wedding and reception, for example, try to have photos that show that number. You can also send in the guest list.

I'm sure you'll have more than two pictures from the wedding of course, but I wouldn't bother with multiple pictures of the same people doing the same thing. You do definitely want to show that the number of people you claimed attended, really did attend.
