goodday all, pls can one go for hearing with no evidence at all but there is credibility in the story but no evidence

You can certainly go, but with no evidence as to how you are personally affected by your credible story, it probably won’t work in your favour. Anyone could make a successful asylum if all it took was them to say that some thing is their reason. It’s just not that simple.

i have seen it happen. and the person was granted refugee protection,

bear in mind, cases are different, what works for someone else might not work for you

What ever u say in the court will be considered as evidence just after u take the oath
