Everything completed on PR Tracker, no copr and no PPR

Still waiting since end of August to receive CoPR and passport request. Everything is complete in the PR tracker. Is anyone else in the same position?

I recently reach to this stage , all says completed and a pree arrival service letter was sent on November 14

Everything was completed November 20 for my husband. And we heard nothing for two weeks. So I send emails requesting them to send the ppr because I saw it somewhere on the forum that u can demand them to send it nicely ThT is. And it worked because Dec 15 th we got ppr.
