I am married with 2 children .

I plan to apply for express entry

my questions are

1- Can I apply alone and mention that my wife and children are not accompanying
( I do that because I don't have the POF for the whole members of the family )

2- How can I do this through the eligibility tool on the CIC site

I think even if your family members are not accompanying you need to show the required POF for 4 members. You will also be asked to upload their medicals and PCC.

You need to show POF for the whole family, even if they're not accompanying!
