Hi,
I had applied for ESL course (1 year English learning course) in Edmonton College (Alberta). I had got acceptance letter from the college. Hence, i proceeded with registering an account with Scotia bank to move my funds in GIC program. I had transferred 10,200 CAD and applied for study permit in the month of September 2019. Approximately within 15-25 days i got a refusal letter stating that "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans."
Here are my personal information mentioned/given in the application.
1.I have 3 years of IT project delivery manager experience and currently unemployed.
2. Funds shown in the Indian bank account was exactly the amount sufficient for the fee.
3. Since i was applying for English course, i had not written IELTS exam. Hence, i don't have proof to show language ability.
4. I am interested to pursue master's degree in Canada after this course completion. i mentioned the same in study plan letter.
5. I have my sister who is a Canadian citizen.
Could anyone please help me understand what could be the main reason to rejection of my visa. i'd be grateful if i could get some tips or suggestions to avoid the denial of visa.
Looking forward for your response!
Thanks in advance!
