Then bring it up with the Canadian government or your local MP. This is a special situation and would not have been offered otherwise. The Government had to select NOCs they considered essential. Not everyone was going to be happy.

Your NOC is not a cashier (6611) but food attendant. 6611 is for those who work in grocery stores. Your NOC is 6711 which includes cashiers that work in fast food restaurants.

under noc 6611
It clearly includes restaurants and cafeteria workers as cashier.
Thanks

Yes it does but a restaurant cashier 6611 is not the same as a fast food cashier 6711.
Restaurant cashiers don't take orders from customers not prepare orders they just cash people out while fast-food cashiers/attendents take the orders and prepare the meals.
Thats why restaurants like Horton's, McDonalds etc don't qualify for this steam.

Its hard for people to get your point..
Not arguing with you. 6711 is clearly fast food cashier/attendant but people want to “fit” into 6611 with cafeteria cashier. IRCC knew if they included 6711 as a NOC that they would get thousands of applicants.

I work as a cashier in fast food franchise. my friend works as janitor in the same restaurant for required hours . are we eligible for stream B of TR to PR pathway?
Restaurant Cashiers are included and it is there for a reason.
The essential thing is that your job duties match with noc 6611 than 6711
If that's the case then you can apply. If they have doubts about your job duties, officer will contact your employer and if a mismatch occurs then it might be an issue.
