ERROR ON CPR, URGENTLY NEED HELP...............

Hi every one am Thomas

Here is situation, I just received my passport back with a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CPR) document.

However, I noticed that the "Last name" field is wrong . I don´t know what to do Sad please if any one knows amentment office mailing address in Ottawa i am going to sent it back.
I want to make sure everything is correct in the CPR document before I actually go to the border and "land"..
I don´t no how many months they (cic) get for processing and I found TWO mailing address from cic website have no idea which one is correct,(amentment to record of landing
Query response center cic,Ottawa ,Ontario ,k1A1L1) there is one more address I found in IMM 5688 form it´s make me confuse
please advice me what am i supposed to do now? And which one is the right Mailing address for amentment office Ottawa Thank you........

I m not sure about the address but why don't you try emailing CEC and ask them about the correct procedure

Just go to the border and Land. During landing tell the officer to correct that for you. COPR mistakes are very very common, I have never heard of anyone who was turned away for a mistake from CIC's part.

You can search the forum for other people, who got COPR full of errors, and landed without any problems.
