My WES report was completed on the 24th of October , 2018 and there was a mistake in the year degree was awarded . Instead of 2015, they erroneously wrote 2017. I have reported the issue and my account has been on review since then . It’s almost a month now and there is no update from them . Is this delay normal ? How long does it take for this kind of error to be rectified ? Thanks
