error in permanent resident card

I collected my passport today from vfs global karachi today with spousal pr. The problem is my "issue date" and "valid to date" is the same on my PR. The date which has passed. They've given me an email id of Islamabad and abu Dhabi to email the scanned copies. Which I'm doing. It should be a typing error right? But typing error on passport and the travel documents? Cannot be a coincidence right. Please need some guidance we are panicking right now

Wait....

What does error in your PR card and passport has to do with VFS global? Shouldn't you go to your passport issuer in Pakistan and contact IRCC for the PR card error?

exactly. they gave me an email id of islamabad and abu dhabi thats it. is it even an error ?? ive emailed the IRCC though.

Do both your passport and PR card have this wrong date that has already passed? Is this a new passport that was issued with an error or did your passport expire during the PR process? Or is the error only on the PR card?
