Hi, I am about to send my package. I saw from the guideline that I should use a A4-sized envelop to send it off to my sponsor because of the thickness of all the papers.
I bought an A4- sized envelope, only to find that it's impossible to put all the sheets in it.

What size of envelope you guys used ?

I used a lightly padded "Jiffy" bag. It holds A4 sheets perfectly and it's stronger then an normal envelope.

I used 4 expandable yellow envelopes and them together inside an accordion style envelope

I used a 10 cents yellow envelope and I had no problem with it.

Thank you guys for the responses !
i am a bit freaking out to see the guideline that I should use a A4- sized envelope.
I guess using a bit larger than A4-size envelope should not hurt, right ?

You'll be fine. I sent mine in a large manila envelope that I sliced open and taped on extra sides to it to make it fit more paper. The I put that in a large express-mail envelope.
