entry to Canada from US for Turkish

I will be at US for 1 month. I have Us visa B1 type. I want to visit Canada to attent a meeting for 3 day during my stay at US. I counlt get Canada Visa because there is no time left to aplly it. My fligth to US is next week.
What can I do to visit canada during my US visit.

You need a TRV to enter Canada. As explained, you cannot apply for a TRV at the border. If you want to apply for a TRV, details are here:
