Can you suggest me anyone who can help me clear these things? Because immigration and refugee board phone lines are always way to busy to talk to any of the agent!

I don't know.Maybe you can call CBSA? But I think this would be enough as your RTD is supposed to use for travel as well as entry back into Canada.
