Enrolled in University Course - Good way to establish ties to home?

Hi. I am looking for ways to establish ties to home. My friend is registered in a 6 month diploma program, and attends the course twice a month for 2 full days.

She has no property to establish ties, and has her own online business in her home country.

Would this course alone be strong enough to establish ties that she will return to her country after visiting for 7-10 days?
