Enquires on filling study permit for 5years and Visitors visa for 2yearold

Hello everyone, hope you all are staying safe. Am new here and I have some few questions to ask. I am about submitting my application under Home child care support. I am applying for my spouse and kids. I was told that I have to fill a study permit application for my 5year old and visitors record for my 2years old. Am confused on how to fill the application because a study permit application require work expirence and educational qualification which a 5year old do not have. Please can anyone assist. Thanks

Basically it will be a family application so your kids study n visitor papers will b based on ur HCCP. We did HSW and did the same for my 7 year old.
