enquire about TRP Application Form and its Procedure

Hello all,

Parents have a Canadian PR Card. For the 1 year old baby, applied a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) but got refusal.

Now want to apply for Temporary Resident Permit (TRP). Please guide how to apply for TRP (particularly its relevant Application Form) as we can not find any information about it. and even could find on CIC Website.
