Hi, I just got invited for PR. I am confused as to whom i should address the employment proof. I am from India. So should i address it to the Canadian Embassy here??

you can get a " To whom it may concern" letter in your company's letterhead

It is generally better, if you get it with, "To Whom it may concern". Some companies are not comfortable with this. If they don't provide like that, then address it to CIC or IRCC.
