Employment Letters/ Reference letters

I worked in two positions in the same company.
One was Marketing Executive. The other was Senior Marketing executive.
My employers are willing to provide references letter for only Senior Marketing Executive. However, the job responsibilities were the same for both of them. Please advise what to do?

If the job responsibilities were the same for both, it doesn't matter what title was assigned to the job because it is the job description that determines the NOC. Either way, the positions are NOC A so this is an invented problem.
