Employment letter with Job Duties

Hi,
I have 10 years of experience with the same company.
I have received letter from HR with salary and work hours - This is on company's letter head.
This does not contain job duties.

On job duties, I got a letter signed by my manager and attached his visiting card along with it.
I did not get this notarized.

Will this be good? Do we have anyone who did similar thing for job duties and got PR already.

Please advise.

That's the usual approach except people usually notarize the letter from their manager if not on letterhead.

Whether this has any impact that I do not know.

Thanks for the reply. Do we have anyone who submitted job duties from manager without notarizing it and got the PR?
