Employment letter of Mechanical Design Engineer

Hello everyone,
Well i left my Job 3 months ago and I still need to take an employment letter from my employer. I worked there as a Mechanical Design Engineer and need info on the format of the letter as i think my NOC code is going to be 2132,

1) I need to know the format of the letter and how is it suppose to be?
2) would appreciate if i can get to see an example of the employment letter needed to apply under CEC of anyone who applied before for PR.
