Employment History question ? Client name or Incorporation name ?

Hello all

I am planning to submit my PR Card renewal application soon. I had recently changed jobs (1 week back) and started my own incorporation while working for a client. In the employment history, shall I mention my clients name or my incorporation name as my employer ?

This will help a lot. Thanks
