My employer is directly denying provide me a written proof of job responsibilities he says for ielts trainer description of duties is not needed..is not it important to provide job description with duties if you are an ielts trainer?

I have worked for two companies first company has provided me with an experience letter with written duties.But the second employer is not ready to issue it what other option I have for this.what can I do in this case?

Try getting it from your manager and if he denies, get it from a colleague and explain in LOE.
