Employment agrreement

  1. Hi All,

    I need some of your inputs about this matter. If been signed an employment agreement here in Canada and haven't started yet, and would wanted not to pursue the employment for some reason. Is it legal not to start the job?

  2. It depends on your labor agreement. If there is a term about compensation for quitting the job without reasons, you'll be fined.
