Hi,

I am planning to apply PR under CEC category by end on this month, I have one question about Employer reference letter. Some organisations do not officially support their employees to apply for PR (eg, my case) which means they do not provide any reference letter. In such cases is there any alternate options?

I enquired about this with few people (couple of immigration lawyers) but i could not get any concreate answers.

So i thought of posting this question in this forum to hear if any one came across such situation and what was the result.

buddy , write an explianation letter explaining ur scenario, include all other proofs , try getting a letter from ur client/customer if u are working on that model, all the best

If your company has a policy like that, provide a copy of that policy. If you have an e-mail from your HR that they will not issue a letter, then attach it.

Provide all information and explanation as to why you are unable to provide a reference letter and keep your fingers crossed.

If your supervisor can give it on e-mail that you have been carrying out the required responsibilities that complies with the NOC code, then attach that e-mail along with your supervisor phone number and designation.

Good luck
