Good day, seniors.
I'd just like to ask if there's a specific validity period available for Employer Reference Letters?
Because I will need to reprocess my Express Entry and get an ITA again, plus process Police Clearance from the government (which they told me may take up to 2 months processing for expats) and do a medical exam again because I am not sure if my past exam results are still valid by the time I submit my application.
At the very least, I will need minimum 2 months to get all my documents. However, I was thinking if I should request a letter from my company's HR now so that I can have the reference letter prepared already by the time I process my application.
However, I just want to confirm if, for example, the letter was issued to me in the next couple of weeks, will it still be accepted by the CIC if I submit my ITA only after 2-3 months from the day I receive the reference letter from my employer?
Thank you so much for the help.
