Employer reference letter issue...

Hello all

As most of you may have already faced an issue with Employer Reference letter stating plenty of details which easily rings bells of PR application in HR's ears. Well I am in same boat. i tried almost all tricks given in the book but the HR wont budge.

Need help from people who have already been though and got through...

Let me put up my case. Firstly I am secondary applicant, my spouse is primary applicant.
To substantiate my employment I have following
1. Offer letter and all increment letter from date of joining with latest increment letter
2. Form 16 from date of joining
3. Paystubs past three months
4. Reference letter from a colleague with his visiting card and company ID
5. Training certificates (in company)
6. I was deputed in Canada for almost a year couple of years ago (now I am working in India with same employer), for which I have all the reference letters from HR to Immigration officer stating all the stuff required for reference letter (NOC, Job description, Package details) however it is three years old
7. Notice of assessment, work permit, SIN no. while in Canada

Shud these proofs be sufficient for proving my employment record?
