Hello All,

I would REALLY appreciate your help with this. Is this OK for my employer reference letter? Am I missing anything? I just want to make sure everything is OK before I send.

Employer Reference Letter

April 23rd, 2013

Dear Citizenship and Immigration Canada,

888888 was employed as an Administration Officer at ****. on a full time basis, 37.5 hours per week from January 3rd 2012 until May 30th 2013.


Job Title: Administration Officer NOC: 1221 - B

Job Duties:

1. Manage and co-ordinate existing administrative procedures (relating to project management, assessments, organization, finance, etc).
2. Review, improve and implement new administrative procedures
3. Prioritize tasks, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
4. Administer and score psychometric and cognitive instruments, assemble data into client report
5. Gather data, assemble information and prepare monthly reports required for all billing
6. Maintain office inventory and remain within budget
7. Coordinate office services including location, security and maintenance
8. Appropriately handle confidential and sensitive client issues and files

Term of position:

The duration of this position was from 01/01/2012 to 30/05/2013. (*This is when I will leave this position)

Salary:

CDN $42,000 per year for 37.5 hours per week

Vacation:

10 Days + Christmas Break (approx. 5 days)

just change the wordings as :;


he has been employed from xx/xx/xxxx with organization. He will continue in this current role and position till may 31 2013.

rest all is fine..

I strongly suggest that the end date of your employment should not be a future date as compared to the date on which the letter is issued. Just have it say "till present".

Thank you so much, this has put my nerves at ease. I actually can't send it off yet as I haven't completed my language test (early June!) so by the time I send off my application, I will have finished my job.

Thanks again. And hopefully this is helpful for others too.

hello,for my case,i did not put noc code information,is that ok?but others all include,like my title,duty,responsibilityetc

That is absolutely fine, CIC would not expect the NOC code to be in the letter :)

even i finished all documents,but still feel not comfortable,still feel STh missing ha
