Employer changed my duties and responsibilities that are not mentioned in my contract

Hi,
I got ITA. And i am in confusion that my employer changed my job duties that are not related to my contact and secondly she is writing my job duties in job reference letter like following
The kitchen manager will be responsible for scheduling
The kitchen manager will be responsible for ordering food.
She is using will will in every sentence of my job duty.
Is it matter?
