Employer cannot provide an employment letter with job duties

Unfortunately, my employer cannot provide an employment letter with job duties.

The letter I obtained from my company HR has everything mentioned in CIC website except Job duties/Responsibilities.

2 of my supervisor are willing to sign the letter I'll be crafting to mention about the job duties, but I'm not quite sure about what the format should be.

Any advice?

There are guidelines on Cic website.
Make sure that the letter you draft includes company letterhead if possible.
Having your direct supervisors signatures on your reference letter will definitely help a lot.
For example, the letter can begin with we xxx xxx hereby verify that applicant’s main duties are.....
And make sure that your reference letter is combined with your original letter from HR,
And probably an explanation if you feel it’s necessary.
