why they silence why they not responding? why they going over the time line?
thx guys

Why don't you ask your spouse to ask their MP to inquire on your behalf? As you are past the stated timeline, they should have no issues making an enquiry on your behalf.

Remember that timelines posted by CIC are for 80% of all cases processed. That means 20% of cases WILL exceed the stated average timelines. That's 1 in 5. It could just mean that you are that 1, unfortunately.

ok i will try to do that. we have a consultant use of representative does he have right to go for a mp too?

Asking an MP for assistance is open to sponsors, not their paid representative, so no, your consultant can't ask his MP to ask about your case, only your sponsor can do that.

Why not try for CAIPS/GCMS files. As your sponsor is (spouse?) in Canada it would be easy.

Wilson is right. Order the CAIPS notes and also have your consultant do a Case Specific Enquiry.
