Yes, atleast 5 to 6 emails i have sent so far. In fact i have contacted CIC customer care and they have asked me to mail CPC -ottawa.
But they are not replying for single email. . I only got the mail acknowledgement.

Have you followed the instructions mentioned in this post??

Thanks for the quick tips.
I have mentioned all the required information in the email as listed in the link. Infact customer care asked me to include "URGENT" word in subject of the email. But still no reply after 4 days of my last email to them.
