emailed to CHC but no reply!

Hi,
I want to cancel my representative and also change my mailing address (email as preferred mode to CIC). As per CIC website, you must contact the Canadian visa office where you submitted your application to change your address if you are outside Canada. My Canadian Visa Office is CHC New Delhi, India.

I have sent an email to CHC, New Delhi five days ago asking for information regrading following procedures :

1. Change my current mailing address.
2. Cancel my representative and take up the case myself.
3. Update my profile.(I don't know where to send the documents).

I haven't got any reply from them yet. What shall I do in this situation ?

Actually they don't reply within 5 days ... you have to wait some more days ..

have u recd AOR from NDVO....if u have got then in the email they have advised on the above queries.

If u haven't recd AOR then wait .....once u recieve AOR courier them of any changes to want to make, it will be done

Hi Andi007,i think you should send message by specific enquiry.They will be reply quick to you.I sent some document to visa office they didn't any reply willingly after that when sent message specific enquiry then they replied we did receive ur documents.

Same thing halons with me I sent general enquiry on 23 rd and still waiting for their reply
I think it's better to send cse u will get response fast
