I know this wait is a pain in the butt but I wanna enjoy this tough journey.

Out of fun, Can someone tell me as to what time do they send out email invites for the test ?

I check my mailbox at least 20 times in a hour, need to get some sanity now

lol ... can be anytime during business hours. I don't think it comes at a fixed time. What's the rush ? You'll eventually make it through, don't worry.

Sorry for interrupting you guys. So, do you mean that the invitation emails or even the ecas updating happen during the business hours, not before or after or even weekends like AORs?

Well, my knowledge is based on what people report on this forum. I have noticed that ECAS only updates once a day, in the morning on weekdays. I'm not sure if it does on weekends. I don't recall a case where it did.

For test invites, I've only ever seen them being sent on weekdays because those come from the local office. Haven't come accross anyone who received their invite at night time, unlike AORs.

AORs are sent by CPC-Sydney. I believe they were/are working overtime to catch up with the influx of applications.

Again, this is all based on what I've noticed on this forum. I could be wrong.

I'm told that IRCC will only issue test invites at times that are prime numbers when you take the four digits that make up the time in 24hr format. So here is a list of the possible times that you might receive a test invite:

I personally have a python script that automatically logs in to ecas and checks if there are any updates every 30 seconds, 24/7. I get an update sent my whatsapp account every hour (unless there is an update in which case it is instant); it then updates my status on the November applicant thread.

You know ECAS is only updated once a day right ?

I'm told that IRCC will only issue test invites at times that are prime numbers when you take the four digits that make up the time in 24hr format.

This is only partially correct. Post C-6 implementation, the timestamp has to include milliseconds. So OP, make sure you include milliseconds and then the resulting timestamp has to be prime. All the best.

@sebbie
I need that script please :) pm you
thx

Guys, I'm kidding about the script.

Though, yes, it'd be nice to have a script that does it once a day. OK, maybe twice a day.

(3-4 times?)

If you could really write such a script, you'd become a millionaire. Lots of desperados here who'd pay for such a thing.
