Email or Upload docs on Oasis for SINP while the status is`Waiting On Applicant`

Hi There,

I have been requested for additional documents for SINP OID, now the status on Oasis is `Waiting On Applicant`
But I am unable to re-upload the documents as there is no Upload button anymore, does it mean I have to email
the documents to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca?
