My application has been "in process" since January 2018. I am going crazy checking ECAS twice a day. I want to know if I will get an email update if anything changes?

You are nowhere close to crazy yet. I got to a point checking ecas like 20 times a day
you will get email soon, but keep checking for update every day, i check every 8pm weekdays.
