email notification from CIC manila for TRV

my wife got an email from VFS and CIC telling that her " processed visa application has been sent to courier and they will be sending it within 78hrs. " since my wife applied last year august 2013 thru vfs and undergone medical last sept.2013 may question is: its almost 6months since we recieved an email ftom Cic and vfs yesterday with the tracking number, do you think my wife approved or refused? please help for any information or ideas about the email. thank you

Did the vfs requested your wife's passport? If not, it might be refusal or incomplete package

Help, what do i do? I got a message the my account was updated but saw nothing when i went there. a few days later i got a message i was refused because i did not submit documents that were requested. I did not get any message to submit these additional documents. What can i do especially since my spouse and child's applications are still open.
